The company was established in May 1997, originally belonged to Sinopec Zhongyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. In May 2004, it was reformed into a joint-stock company in response to the call of Sinopec Corporation. The company is located in the west section of Shengli Road in the Chemical Industry Park of the Puyang high-tech development zone. With the research and development, production, sales and integrated services of fine chemical products as its main business, the company now has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, a fixed asset investment of more than 54 million yuan and an area of more than 50 mu. It has 6 subordinate units and 4 holding companies. Since 2005, the company has successively passed the certification of quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system and HSE management system.

The company has 926 employees, including 556 professional and technical personnel and 136 R & D personnel. The subordinate units include the auxiliary factory, the plastic weaving factory, the public service department, the finished product business department, Zhongtian project department and ZhongAn Project Department. Among them, the auxiliary factory takes the production and research of antioxidants 1010, 168, 1076 and various brands of composite additives as its main business. The products are mainly used in polyethylene and polypropylene plants in petrochemical enterprises, as well as modified plastics, resins, rubber and other industries. The plastic weaving factory takes the production, research and development of multi-functional packaging materials as its main business, and its products are mainly used in petrochemical enterprises, industrial and civil buildings and other fields. The public service department takes the supply, maintenance and management of public works such as gas, water, electricity as the main businesses. The finished product business department takes DIMER  packaging and raw material unloading as the main businesses. The Zhongtian project department takes PP, the integration service of ammonium sulfate packaging and the maintenance of device operation as the main businesses. The ZhongAn project department takes the integration service of hazardous chemicals loading and unloading and the integration service of material storage management as the main businesses. In addition, the holding companies also produce cyclopentane, diethyltoluene diamine, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene and other products.    

After more than ten years of development, the company has gradually established chemical additives as the leading industry, and currently is the main PP and PE additives supplier for Zhongyuan Petrochemical, Zhongtian Hechuang, ZhongAn United and China Coal and Mongolia Petrochemical Industry Co., Ltd.. The company has independent production capacity of three general antioxidants (1010, 1076 and 168), with an annual comprehensive output of more than 5000 tons of antioxidants. At the same time, it has four sets of different types of compound additives production devices, with an annual production capacity of more than 10000 tons of compound additives. In the PP additive industry, it has mature production capacity of various wire drawing materials, high-temperature plastic injection materials, BOPP Film materials and other additives. The production of various brand additives such as MT20, T03, T30S, F03D, M16 and V30G, has reached a fairly mature level. In the PE additive industry, it has mature production capacity of various additives such as ground film materials, agricultural film materials, pipe materials and high permeability film materials. The production, especially 7050, 7042, 7144, 8003, 9088, 9050K, LD605, EG34, EG35 and other brand additives, has reached a fairly mature level. In the PP and PE additive industry, the company can make research, development, improvement and integrated solutions for the corresponding additive formula according to the changes in the product performance to meet requirements of customers.
